Futrr ("we," "us," "our") operates futrr.net, a platform that helps students explore career paths through quizzes, personalized roadmaps, and guidance tools.

2. Eligibility

Futrr is designed for users aged 16 and above. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use this platform. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review roadmap results with their child.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, including saved roadmaps and paid plans, you must create an account using Google or email login. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Our Services

Futrr provides:

  • Career guidance quizzes and questionnaires
  • AI-generated career roadmaps, including skills, salary information, and guidance on companies hiring
  • Paid Standard and Premium plans offering additional detail

5. Payments and Plans

Payments for Standard and Premium plans are processed securely through Razorpay. Fees are one-time purchases per roadmap generation. Since your roadmap is generated and delivered instantly upon payment, we do not offer refunds once it has been generated.

6. Accuracy of Guidance

Career roadmaps, salary estimates, and skill recommendations are generated using AI and general data sources. They are intended as guidance only, not professional career counselling or a guarantee of outcomes. Futrr is not liable for decisions made based on this guidance.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt its operation
  • Submit false information during registration or quizzes
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content, quiz design, roadmap logic, and branding on Futrr are owned by Futrr. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Futrr is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific career, academic, or financial outcomes from using our guidance.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Futrr after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
